Hahahaha, good luck with that one!
hmmm
hmmmm
hmmmmm
nope
nothing here

Open up a science book! I’m sure you can make it happen.
@buddly47, @xXxlovelylollipop - *SIGH* I know…
@ItIsAllGravy - I wish I could, man. But at 5 syllables, Evaporation doesn’t leave a lot of room to manÅ“uvre in a Haiku.
LOL!!! Good luck with that!!
You’ve gotten off to a great start.
@angys_coco - Thanks.
@sometimestheycomebackanyway - Out of context, it’s easy. i.e.
Iron Butterfly,
a buttload of coffee and
“Evaporation”
IN context, it’s another story. >_<
Just write about condensation, reverse the line-order, and you’re done.
@jsolberg - I wish I could. This is a part of a collection of Haikus forming a Sestina.
DAMN YOU BRAIN!
Ha! You have one already!
Orange you glad it’s not haikus about oranges?
Maybe the Josh-Man could help you. He’s the King of Haikus!
HUGS!
PS…
Evaporation
The water disappears wow
Anyone want fish?
Tough one. Once, I entered a contest where you had to use onomotopia (not spelled right) in a 25 word story. I chose “G” as in ghost. Bad move, brain.
Evaporation
Not Transubstantiation
Benefits mankind
Evaporation
The water goes somewhere else
You can’t explain that
Evaporation
Out of ideas teacher
these science haikus
Earth needs some water
Evaporation does it
Do not ask me how
Evaporation
Is not as fun as pickles
Give me some pickles
@Lakakalo - Why Iron Butterfly? Why not Restless Butterfly? Hehehe…
Water is not fun
When it leaves the sea and earth
Evaporation
Voila
Good luck! ^.^
@godfatherofgreenbay - I wonder if we could give you any word, if you could write six haikus about that word. You are quite the haiku wizard.
Where does water go
Once it ceases to existEvaporation.
ROTLMAO uhm…. don’t know… WHY would you do that?
@godfatherofgreenbay - Excellent, Matty! A+!! I’s got some pickles for you in my ‘frig’!
If anybody can make it work, you can. Is it ok if I don’t hold my breath waiting for you to get it done? I look good in blue, but purple is not one of my best colors.
I like maniacsicko better.
Dry ice is so nice
Goes straight to the ‘I haz gas’.
Yes, it’s truly sublime
It’s E {sub-script} vap,
or at Ion Potential
More energetic
Kill ‘it’s’ in first poem, for 5 ‘on’s
Editor’s not working today.
@AdamsWomanFell -
Oranges aren’t so
bad. I wouldn’t mind panderin’
for some mandarin.
@whyzat - Oh that’s not the bad part. Six Haikus incorporating Evaporation, I can handle. Six Haikus following the conventions of a Sestina? AY! >___<
@MzSilver - I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m not holding my breath. If anything, I’m hyperventilating.
@jsolberg -
No way to edit
comments. Only delete or
block. C’est la Xanga…?
Thanks for the poems.
I’m trying to mix Sestinas
with Haikus. Damn brain.
-_-
Wow, you sure got some neat help here. You had one already all by yourself though!
@ZSA_MD - Oh a Haiku by itself isn’t all that difficult. But trying to combine it with a Sestina, which focuses on the sequence of the last word in a given line is repeated can be difficult. Especially when a word like “Evaporation” can take up an entire line in a Haiku. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sestina)
And… er… I seem to have a lot more fun in comments than with posts.
@Lakakalo - I agree. I wouldn’t attempt it myself. It sure is not for the faint of heart!
@ZSA_MD - Or the faint of brain. >_<
keep us posted of your progress!
oh no!
